Domain skip is being performed while domain exists

I’ve replaced my Vercel domain in settings but now when deploying, the “Assigning Custom Domains” is being skipped. I’ve changed domains on the same project before, no issues.
I deploy by comitting my project to Github > vercel automatically deploys. Redeploying doesnt fix this.

Vercel assigns this link: https://yukilanlari-git-main-yasingunaydiins-projects.vercel.app/
While i have https://yukilanlari.vercel.app in my domains.
