Hello everyone, so i have this domain tekiit.africa and i’m trying to point my dns to vercel host server.
I’ve followed the docs on vercel on how to add the domain. I’ve added the A record domain tekiit.africa and the subdomain www.tekiit.africa as cname record but only the subdomain opens the website while the main domain itself never opens the website and says this site is not secure error.
Is there any solution for this? it’s very urgent thank you.
The domain troubleshooting guide can help with most custom domain configuration issues. You might be able to use that guide to solve it before a human is available to help you. Then you can come back here and share the answer for bonus points.
You can also use v0 to narrow down the possibilities.

I was able to open both the tekitt.africa and www.tekiit.africa URLs correctly without any issues. Can you confirm if this is still an issue?
yes please, its still an issue. https://www.tekiit.africa/ works but https://tekiit.africa does not work…https://tekiit.africa does not redirrect to https://www.tekiit.africa/

Can you try a different device or browser to test on your side?
If the issue still persists, I’d recommend removing the domain and re-adding it.
