Your repository doesn’t contain lib folder let alone the lib/utils.ts file. Maybe you forgot pushing it?

The error indicates that the / route is statically prerendered and attempts to access document which doesn’t exist server-side during (pre)rendering. You have to make the respective part of your code dynamic or use useEffect instead. Read more about it here: Why are document, window, localStorage and sessionStorage undefined in client components?
