I attempted to delete my team, but I encountered the following error: “You have incurred overages for this billing period. Please visit your team’s invoices or usage information for more details. Before deleting your team, please resolve any outstanding balances.”
However, I have checked the invoices and found no outstanding balances.
I should be able to delete the team if there are no unpaid invoices or overages.
I looked into it, but I don’t know how to create a billing ticket.
