Hi, I no longer have access to my project. I updated the billing card and it looked like it went through, but all my access was removed and I no longer see the project. I need help ASAP. I tried submitted a support case, but that was broken and didn’t work.

It looks like your account has an expired invoice. I’d suggest you to create a case from Help so the support team can help you.

hi, it’s been almost a week and no one has helped at all even after firing off many emails and submitting a ticket. this issue was not solved at all.
now all the tickets i submitted were all removed from my account.
Hi @dev-layer3xyz, I understand it can be difficult to wait for resolution but the team is working to help you and you should wait for their response.
Please avoid creating new tickets as to not confuse the team. This will help them focus on the core issue.
The issue is that I don’t actually know if they are helping or if my ticket is being ignored. I have not received a response in any way, except to have my tickets deleted from my console. it’s been 6 days since my initial query and it’s radio silence except for this thread.
