Blob storage limit

Hello!

I wanted to cloud store the assets for my Angular web project and I just found about Vercel Blob. I migrated all URLs and it’s working perfect!

The total size is less than 30MB, but I have some concerns about the transfering. I have a Pro Plan and reading the docs it seems the limit is just 10GB and I’m already at 6GB (I set all blobs to 1 year cache), in some part of the docs it says I won’t be charged if I pass the limit while it’s in Beta, but then I also read the blobs won’t be available if I pass this limit…

I’m a bit confused on this, could you help me out? Thanks.

Hey there @ashenhub if you’re on the pro plan then no worries your usage of blob is gonna continue working past the limits :+1:

Hey @vvoyer sorry again…

I understand the blob will keep working if I pass the limit, but does it have charges associated? or still free as it’s in Beta?

Hey @ashenhub yes it will still be free while in Beta. We expect to release blob around March 2025 (probably with a grace period for existing pro customers).
